On Fridays and Saturdays, I am based in Mold and am available both in person and on Zoom.
For location details, please see the address and map below.
I provide both mental health consultations and emotional wellbeing support sessions.
My specialist areas are recurrent anxiety, depression, relationship problems, abuse, self-harm, past and recent trauma, and self-esteem.
Through attending my psychoanalytic psychotherapy sessions, my clients have learned strategies to manage stressful life events, resulting in them feeling content and enjoying life again.
They have also learned how to recover effectively from illness, change or misfortune.
You can read what some of my clients have said on my Testimonials page.

People with a positive sense of wellbeing can function well in society and meet the demands of everyday life.
To improve your emotional wellbeing and to address minor anxiety and depressive symptoms, I use Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupressure, Aromatherapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).
There is evidence to suggest that paying attention to the here and now is beneficial for emotional wellbeing. This is described as ‘Mindfulness’ and works on your thoughts, feelings, your body, and the important things in your life.
Being mindful results in enjoying life as well as understanding yourself better.
Practising mindfulness regularly can help rewire our brains to respond to things in a healthier way and thus change the way we view and manage the problems life can throw at us.
Positive outcomes for clients attending my emotional wellbeing sessions include managing emotions and building emotional intelligence, and learning about stress and how to address it healthily.
