I have exciting news to share: my business is expanding!
I’m always looking for ways to improve the services I offer, and am delighted to tell you that I am now offering emotional wellbeing support sessions via Zoom – and also that my psychological support consultations in Chester and Mold are also now available online.
Between them, these changes offer you more flexible ways to look after your mental health and emotional wellbeing.
To highlight the expansion, my new-look business has been rebranded ‘MTS Psychological Health’ – you’ll see the new logo on my website and social media platforms.
Psychological support
My face-to-face psychological support consultations are available in Chester on Wednesdays and in Mold on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday mornings. If those locations aren’t convenient, you can now receive support on those days via Zoom or a similar video app.
Initial consultations are scheduled for 60 minutes, with subsequent ones lasting 50 minutes. They cost £100 and £80 respectively, with payment being made by credit or debit card at the time of booking.

Emotional wellbeing
This brand new service offers both Aromatherapy and AromaPressure treatments to help boost your emotional health.
Aromatherapy involves using DoTERRA essential oils and Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic tools, while AromaPressure combines Aromatherapy with Acupressure EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and aims to balance the energy flow systems in your mind and body.
All sessions are held online; I post the DoTERRA essential oils to you a week or so before the meeting is scheduled.
The cost of the first consultation £100 for 60 minutes. Follow-on consultations are arranged once or twice monthly for three to six months and cost £80 each.
There’s also a special offer of a complete treatment package of initial consultation and four follow-on sessions for £400.
