Everybody has Mental Health, recognising at what stage your Mental Health is and of those around you is the start of Mental Health Awareness. For those of us with good Mental Health, our lives are in good order, we feel positive about life, are able to think, feel and act in a more positive way and can deal with life’s challenges in an orderly fashion.
For those of us whose Mental Health is not as good, we have less positivity, struggle to think, act and feel positive about life, we struggle to cope with life’s stresses and strains and can begin to seriously affect our whole lifestyle.
